Gregory Ozimec

Greg is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with more than 40 years of brokerage experience in Southern California. A graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara with a degree in Business Economics, Greg began his career in 1986 with Daum Commercial Real Estate. He later became a founding agent at Voit Commercial in 1988, where he earned the title of Senior Vice President and received multiple sales achievement awards.

In 2007, Greg founded Industrial Brokers, Inc., specializing in Orange County’s industrial and office markets. Over the course of his career, he has successfully brokered more than 6 million square feet and over $2 billion in industrial and commercial sale and lease transactions.

From 2009 to 2015, Greg also managed a distressed property fund, overseeing the acquisition and disposition of 75 properties totaling more than $55 million in transaction value. His expertise extends to complex transactions and redevelopment projects, including recent representation of the developer of an $8 million, 4-acre site in Aliso Viejo for a managed care facility, as well as the buyer of a 7-acre, $16.75 million industrial land assembly in Anaheim planned for a 162-unit residential redevelopment.

Greg is known for his market knowledge, integrity, and client-focused approach, consistently delivering strategic guidance and results-driven solutions. He is an active member of the American Industrial Real Estate Association.
