Founder & President
As a Business Economics graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara, Greg began his 30+ year brokerage career with Daum CRE in 1986, then was a founding agent with Voit Commerical in 1988, earning the title of Senior Vice President, and numerous sales awards. In 2007 Gregory founded Industrial Brokers, Inc. Specializing in Orange County’s Industrial & Office markets, Greg has successfully brokered over 5 million square feet and over $300 million in industrial-commercial sale and lease transactions. Gregory also managed a distressed property fund from 2009-2015, which successfully bought and sold 75 properties for over $55 million in total transaction value. Most recently Greg represented the developer of a $8 million 4 acre site in Aliso Viejo for a managed care facility and the buyer of a 7 acre $16.75 million industrial land assembly in Anaheim for a planned 162 unit residential redevelopment. Greg is a member of the American Industrial Real Estate Association
Executive Vice President
Prior to joining Industrial Brokers, Ted was a senior vice president and principal at Lee & Associates. Ted is a real estate veteran who began his commercial real estate career at CB Richard Ellis in 1992, as an assistant industrial sales consultant and soon became the youngest CB Richard Ellis consulting professional, specializing in industrial properties. His knowledge of the market place, loyalty to his clients, and work ethics earned him the title “Rookie of the Year”.
Ted has successfully negotiated the disposition, acquisitions of commercial property transactions valued in excess of over one billion dollars. Specializing in West Orange County, his expertise includes sales and leasing of industrial properties, landlord and tenant representation, research and development (flex) properties, development, disposition and acquisitions of investment properties, planning, consulting services and estimates of value. Ted meets the needs of his clients in all aspects of commercial real estate. With over 25+ years of experience, he has consistently grown his business year after year. He focuses on providing expert advisory council, breakthrough marketing and exceptional service to his clients. Sawyer provides his clients with the necessary tools required for the completion of successful commercial real estate transactions.

John T. Sandberg
Senior Vice President
After graduating from Cal Poly University, at San Luis Obispo, John founded Sandberg Industries, an electronic manufacturing business in Southern California. From the startup John grew the company through the merger and acquisition of multiple related firms to over 100 employees and over $1 million monthly income.
After successfully selling those companies John decided to focus on using his expertise in deal making to help other businesses owners sell their business and properties.
After obtaining his Real Estate Salesperson License, and joining the California Association of Business Brokers, John joined Industrial Brokers Inc. specialzing in business sales.
